Adobe® Illustrator
Illustrator remains one of the most commonly used software among logo designers. It is relatively easy to use and one of the most highly recommended by experienced logo designers. By reducing the complexity involved in using the many tools available in the software, Adobe Illustrator has not necessarily reduced the ability of talented designers to create highly customized and unique designs,
Macromedia® FreeHand
The FreeHand is an advanced tool that can also be used by those new to logo designing. Although it is in many ways similar to the illustrator, FreeHand scores low on compatibility with other tools and therefore is not as widely used as Illustrator.
Corel DRAW
Corel DRAW has been created as a full graphic suite and is unique in many of its features. In addition, Corel DRAW also has an extensive collection of clipart as well as fonts making it more attractive for amateur logo designers.
