A Peak into the world of Medical Logos
The nature of an industry essentially determines the design of logos amongst players in that industry. They typically symbolize the act of serving humanity and providing treatment for medical illnesses. All factors such as color, style as well as font play their role in effectively communicating the message of an entity or organization.
The vast majority of medical and health related logos tend to be in red, blue as well as white colors. The use of these colors is not an accident but rather each the fact is that each of them represents certain aspect of the field. For instance, red is associated with disease while the color blue is normally associated with medicines and treatment and the color white stands as an uncompromising symbol of serving humanity
The symbol or image used in the logo plays a huge role in its overall effectiveness. Getting it right or wrong can have enormous implications form a company operating in the health care sector.
In most cases, the fonts used in medical logos happen to be formal and are in synchrony with the symbol and colors used. Bold font is also employed selectively although it is wise to limit the amount of text used along side the symbol.
